Welcome, cpk focus group!

Thanks for being part of the launch of cpk, a quarterly digital zine combining landscape photography and writing from my travels through the American West and beyond.

This sample issue features work from an April 2025 road trip through Oregon, Utah, and Nevada. It's designed to be viewed on a tablet (best experience), computer, or laptop—phone screens are too small imho to do the images justice.

Download the sample issue below, then send me your feedback by Monday, January 12 on these questions:

• Does the concept appeal to you?

• How does the length feel—too long, too short, about right?

• Some images have captions or accompanying prose, others stand alone. Did this feel intentional? Arbitrary? Inconsistent?

• The PDF is in portrait mode with a few full-page images rotated 90 degrees. How did this affect your reading experience?

• Does the Patreon offering (detailed in my email) feel right in terms of content and pricing?

I'm planning to launch by the end of January, and your input will help shape what comes next.
